I felt lost, lonely and despair about the future!

Besides not knowing the answer to a very basic question, “Who am I?”, I really do not recognise all the presuppositions that I started life with.

A presupposition is an implicit assumption about the world or background belief relating to an utterance whose truth is taken for granted in discourse.
